Demo content shows how a clinic WhatsApp bot can be configured. Final medical wording, service details, prices, and staff handoff rules must be approved by the real clinic before launch. This is a software demo, not a real clinic. Medical emergencies must be handled through the clinic, doctor, hospital, or local emergency services.
What the clinic needs
For production, the clinic should own or control the Meta Business account, WhatsApp Business Account, app access, phone number, and business verification where required.
The production phone number must be registered in Meta WhatsApp Manager. A number already active in the WhatsApp consumer app may need migration or release before registration.
What SafeNet configures
SafeNet connects the webhook, access token, phone number ID, app secret, templates, Firebase project, Firestore rules, dashboard users, and final live tests.
